Central Colorado Conservancy

Central Colorado Conservancy is a nonprofit land trust based in Salida, Colorado, dedicated to protecting the lands, waters, and quality of life of central Colorado as the region experiences rapid growth. It has permanently protected over 7,120 acres through conservation easements and land preservation, including the 345-acre Arkansas River Community Preserve. Its work combines land protection, community engagement, and stewardship programs such as the volunteer-driven "Hands for Lands" initiative.
