Central Maryland Heritage League Inc

Central Maryland Heritage League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1989 to promote the cultural, historical, and natural heritage of Maryland's Middletown Valley, with a focus on preserving the South Mountain State Battlefield and related Civil War sites like Wise's Field. The League owns and maintains Dahlgren Chapel, an 1881 family chapel atop South Mountain tied to the Dahlgren family's Civil War history, which it also makes available for weddings and events.
