Centre County Farmland Trust
Centre County Farmland Trust preserves agricultural land in Centre County, Pennsylvania by placing conservation easements on farms to protect them from development, working directly and confidentially with willing landowners. It has preserved 17 properties to date and runs an ongoing stewardship program to monitor and manage the land it has protected.
