Chatham Conservation Foundation is a nonprofit community land trust established in 1962 in Chatham, Massachusetts, the first private land trust on Cape Cod. It preserves open space in perpetuity for the benefit of the people, plants, animals, and ecosystems of Chatham through land acquisition, stewardship, education, and advocacy, and has protected 224 parcels totaling about 820 acres.
