Chicago Living Corridors (registered as Chicago Area Living Corridor Alliance) engages private landowners across the Chicago region to restore native habitat and link their properties into wildlife corridors connecting protected conservation areas, inspired by Doug Tallamy's "Homegrown National Park" concept. It provides restoration resources, a directory of native-plant products and services, webinars, and a volunteer-populated map of participating properties, and has operated as an affiliate of The Conservation Foundation since 2018.
