Claremont Wildlands Conservancy

Claremont Wildlands Conservancy is an all-volunteer nonprofit dedicated to preserving open space in Claremont, California. Since 2000 it has worked with the City of Claremont to expand, preserve, and manage the Claremont Hills Wilderness Park, acquiring and protecting hillside properties from development to maintain wildlife habitat and reduce fire risk. It supports community education and conservation through partnerships with volunteer groups and fundraising initiatives.
