Clean And Prosperous America Education Fund

CaPA Education Fund is the 501(c)(3) education and grantmaking arm of Clean & Prosperous America, based in Washington State. It funds and supports hyper-local, grassroots community organizations to drive civic and climate engagement and voter mobilization, including through its Rural Youth Voter Fund (registering and mobilizing young voters of color in non-urban areas) and its Strategic Grassroots Empowerment Fund for community groups in targeted districts.
