Clear Water Vision

Clear Water Vision is a Walnut Creek, California-based nonprofit, led by President & Founder Russell Anderson, that promotes water quality awareness and education, including concepts like "primary water" and Dr. Masaru Emoto's water-crystal research through its Emoto Peace Project. It operates on a donation basis to pursue projects supporting water preservation and access to potable water.
