Coalition To Protect Michigan Resources

CPMR (based in Okemos, MI) is a sport-fishing and conservation coalition comprising Michigan United Conservation Clubs, the Michigan Charter Boat Association, the Michigan Steelhead and Salmon Fishermen's Association, and Hammond Bay Area Anglers. It works to protect sport fishing on the Great Lakes and their tributaries, participates as amicus curiae in the federal case governing tribal fishing rights in the 1836 Treaty waters, and opposes gill-net fishing practices.
