The Colebrook Land Conservancy works to preserve the rural character of Colebrook, Connecticut by protecting open space through land conservation and community education. It maintains several scenic hiking trails and recently preserved the 241-acre Pruyn-Trowbridge Woods, which provides wildlife habitat and forest connectivity, and it partners with local government and community groups to safeguard the town's historic and scenic character.
