Conscience Point Shellfish is a nonprofit hatchery on North Sea Harbor in Southampton, New York, founded in 2013 to advance sustainable aquaculture and ecological stewardship of the town's waters. It raises millions of oysters and clams annually to seed local bays and restore shellfish populations that filter nitrogen from harbors including North Sea, Shinnecock Bay, and Moriches Bay, while also offering aquaculture internships and a shellfish CSA.
