Conservation Action Research Network

CARN is a Fairfax, California 501(c)(3) that advances evidence-based conservation of biodiversity and ecosystem health, with a focus on the Congo Basin. It runs the Aspire Grant Program (grants up to $5,000 for African graduate students and early-career conservation professionals) and the Bochco Pangolin Grant Program, and partners with the Cameroon government on a REDD+ program to reduce deforestation while protecting biodiversity.
