Dan River Basin Association
The Dan River Basin Association protects and promotes the Dan River Basin, a 3,300-square-mile watershed spanning the Piedmont border region of North Carolina and Virginia, through recreation, education, and stewardship. It runs programs including water quality monitoring, cleanups, paddle safety classes, and trail development, with offices in Eden, NC and Collinsville, VA.
