Darksky Texas
DarkSky Texas (formerly IDA Texas) is the Texas chapter of DarkSky International, a volunteer group working to reduce light pollution through better outdoor lighting practices. It promotes "smarter outdoor lighting" through education, community programs, and designating dark sky places, encouraging individuals and businesses to adopt lighting that cuts glare and restores views of the night sky while protecting wildlife.
