Dont Trash Mission Beach

Dont Trash Mission Beach is a nonprofit conservation and advocacy organization staffed by citizen volunteers, dedicated to addressing the litter problem in the Mission Beach community of San Diego. Volunteers run regular beach cleanups and educational initiatives, removing hundreds of thousands of items annually (360,420 pieces in 2022 alone), and the group also advocates for policy changes such as stronger littering enforcement and more trash receptacles in high-traffic areas.
