Evansville Audubon Society

The Evansville Audubon Society is a local Indiana chapter of the National Audubon Society based at Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve, serving Vanderburgh, Posey, Warrick, Gibson, and Henderson counties in the Ohio Valley region. It runs birding field trips, educational and conservation programs, a Junior Birders program for youth, and the Ohio Valley Birding Festival. Its conservation focus includes species such as Cerulean Warblers, Whooping Cranes, Red-headed Woodpeckers, and Short-eared Owls.
