Finger Lakes Regional Land Bank Corporation

The Finger Lakes Regional Land Bank Corporation acquires, improves, and redistributes vacant, blighted, and tax-delinquent properties in Seneca County, New York to eliminate the harms they cause and return them to productive use. Incorporated in 2015 under New York State's Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, it works with local municipalities and housing partners to stabilize, rehabilitate, or demolish distressed properties in line with local redevelopment plans.
