Flint Pond Improvement Association

The Flint Pond Improvement Association (FPIA), formed in 1957 and now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, stewards Flints Pond in Hollis, New Hampshire. Its core work is combating the pond's variable milfoil infestation through volunteer hand-pulling, monitoring, and contracted certified weed-control divers, alongside participating in New Hampshire's Volunteer Lake Assessment Program and a summer 'Weed Watcher' invasive-species surveillance program.
