Floraglades Foundation Inc

Floraglades Foundation is a Fort Myers-based nonprofit devoted to environmental conservation, research, and education in south-central Florida. It manages the Floraglades and Moya preserves in Glades County (about 200 acres spanning oak hammocks, cypress swamps, and other habitat home to deer, bear, bobcat, otter, and occasional Florida panthers); the preserves are not open to the general public but the foundation offers guided tours to birdwatchers, youth groups, and native plant societies, and supports scientific research and Florida Master Naturalist education.
